Special Bulletin of Meteorological Division: Chance of rain and snowfall in some parts of the country

Kathmandu. The Meteorological Division has issued a special bulletin and said that there is a possibility of rain and snowfall in some parts of the country.
The division has informed that there is a possibility of rain and snow from tonight till Wednesday morning, October 12. There is a possibility of light to moderate snowfall and rain in some places of Karnali region during this period. It has been said that there is a possibility of light to moderate snowfall and rain in a few places in the hilly and Himalayan areas of the rest of the province.
According to the special weather bulletin issued by the division on Monday afternoon, there is a possibility of heavy snowfall at one or two places in the high hills and Himalayan areas of Gandaki. At present, the country is affected by western winds as well as the low pressure system formed in the Arabian Sea, the department said.
