Sopan Pharmaceuticals' IPO issue date change, when will it open now?

Kathmandu. The issue date of the IPO that Sopan Pharmaceuticals is going to issue to the general public has been changed. IPO to be issued from 2nd to 6th Baisakh, 2083 The IPO to be issued will be open from 3rd. The release date has been changed as government offices and public bodies will be closed on Saturday and Sunday, the company said.

The company got permission to issue 4290 thousand shares of IPO worth 429 million rupees, which will be 25% of its issued capital of 1 billion 716 million rupees. Out of that, 4 lakh 29 thousand shares which will be 10 percent have been issued and distributed to the Nepalese who are employed abroad after taking the labor approval of the relevant body of the Government of Nepal. Similarly, the company has distributed 1 lakh 71 thousand 600 shares to employees and 2 lakh 14 thousand 500 shares to collective investment funds.
