Kathmandu. The IPO of Solu Hydropower Limited will be distributed today. Nabil Investment Banking Limited and Himalayan Capital Limited will distribute the IPO today at 3:30 PM as the company's securities issuing and sales managers.

In the company's IPO, 25 lakh 70 thousand 422 people have applied for 3 crore 17 lakh 8 thousand 390 shares worth 3 billion 17 crore 8 lakh 39 thousand rupees. Which is 3.86 times more than the demand. In the IPO, 8 lakh 20 thousand will get shares at the rate of 10.10 per share. Since the company got permission to issue a total of 20 million IPO shares at the rate of 100 rupees per share, 10 million shares will be issued and distributed to those affected by the project and 1 million shares to those who are employed abroad.

The company now reserved 500,000 shares for the collective investment fund and 300,000 shares for the employees of the company, and the remaining 820,000 shares were opened to the general public.

In the rating given for the IPO issuance, Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal has given the company 'IRN Double B Issuer Rating'.
