Kathmandu. Nepal's famous singer Prashant Tamang has passed away. Indian Idol season 3 winner singer and Nepali film hero Prashant Tamang passed away due to heart attack at his residence in Delhi. Regarding the death of Prashant, singer Pramod Kharel wrote on social media, "What an unpleasant and unexpected news to hear. Dear Prashant Tamang is no longer with us. oops.. Live in Vaikuntha.'
Similarly, music composer Arjun Pokharel also expressed his sadness and wrote, "The news came that Prashant Tamang, who managed to live in Nepali heart, is no longer with us. My heart was heavy and I felt very uncomfortable. I wish this news to be false, I wish eternal peace for the soul. Prashant was born in Tungsung, Darjeeling, India.
