Siddharth Bank called the annual general meeting to pass the dividend proposal

Kathmandu. Siddharth Bank has announced to distribute dividends to the shareholders from the profits of the last financial year. The bank has announced that it will distribute bonus shares at the rate of 5% of the paid-up capital and 5.53% cash dividend including tax purposes.

To pass the dividend proposal, the bank has convened the twenty-fourth annual general meeting to be held at Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu on 30th November. The meeting will pass resolutions to authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Articles of Association and Regulations, to approve the additional expenses incurred during the appointment of directors and to carry out social responsibility, and to appoint auditors.
