Shikhar Power Development Limited releasing IPO for general public from February 17th

Kathmandu. Shikhar Power Development Limited is going to open the initial public issue IPO from February 17. The company has announced that it is going to issue a total of 18 lakh 42 thousand 600 ordinary shares to the general public. Out of the total shares to be issued, 111,000 shares have been allocated for the collective investment fund and 44,400 shares for the employees of the company. Ordinary investors can apply for the rest of the shares. According to the company, investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares to a maximum of 10,000 shares.
Asba member banks and financial institutions approved by the Nepal Securities Board and their designated branch offices can apply for the IPO. In addition, investors can also apply online through the 'My Share' system. According to the company, the IPO will be open until February 22 at the earliest and until March 1 at the latest.
