Sanitation staff arrested at Tribhuvan Airport

  • Kathmandu. A cleaning employee at Tribhuvan International Airport has been arrested. Among those arrested is 40-year-old Dik Bahadur Raut, who is engaged in cleaning the airport through Sunagabha Sagarmatha Service Pvt Ltd.

The airport police arrested him when he was about to take gold out of the garbage in the dustbin of the airport. According to Airport Police SP Rajkumar Silwal, 4.4 grams of gold was found during screening of the waste.
