Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower's dividend declaration, general meeting call

Kathmandu. Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited is going to distribute 5.263 percent cash dividend to the shareholders. The meeting of the board of directors of the company has proposed to distribute the dividend from the distributable accumulated net profit up to the financial year 2082 and 2083 along with tax.

The company is going to hold its 11th Annual General Meeting on Friday, October 30th. The general meeting will discuss and decide on other matters of the company, including the proposal regarding dividend distribution.
