Samling Power appoints SBI Merchant Banking as sales manager for rights issue

Kathmandu. Samling Power Company is going to issue rights shares. The company has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the rightful share manager. The company has appointed SBI Merchant Banking as sales manager on 21st January.
The company will issue 100% rights shares with a paid-up capital of Rs 50 crore. After the rights issue, the paid-up capital of the company will reach 1 billion.
