Relief to Aditya Dhar in 'Dhurandhar' script theft case

Kathmandu. The Bombay High Court has granted relief to filmmaker Santosh Kumar on the charge of screenplay theft in the film 'Dhurandhar' and its sequel 'Dhurandhar's Revenge'.  By issuing an interim order on Wednesday, the film 'Dhurandhar' and its sequel 'Dhurandhar, The Revenge' have been temporarily restrained from repeating the allegations of script theft or making any defamatory statements against the director of the film, Aditya Dhar. 

Judge Arif S while hearing the defamation case filed by Aditya Dhar. The verdict was given by the doctor's bench. This order will remain in force till April 16. Court and Bar and Bench said that notice was given to Santosh Kumar but no one appeared on his behalf. In the order, it is mentioned that Kumar should refrain from repeating such words until further hearing. This order will apply only to Santosh Kumar. It will remain in force until April 16, when the case will be heard again.
