Refusal by Supreme Court to register petition against Ravi Lamichhane

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has refused to register a writ petition against the Chairman of the National Independent Party RSWP, Ravi Lamichhane, who has been suspended from the post of MP and requested to stop the proceedings.
Arjun Prasad Koirala, spokesperson of the court, informed that the Supreme Court administration has decided to entertain the writ petition submitted by the advocate Ayush Badal while the case of asset laundering is under consideration.
