Rajendra is in a position of not speaking even today because the minister did not come
Kathmandu. CPN-UML MP Rajendra Rai has taken a stand not to speak saying that ministers have not come to the House. He said that if the minister is not present during the discussion, including the mantra on the budget, in the meeting of the House of Representatives, he will not speak.
