Kathmandu. According to the Weather Forecasting Division, western winds are affecting all areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces, western areas of Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces. All parts of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati Provinces and remaining parts of Gandaki and Lumbini Provinces have partial influence of Monsoon air.
As a result of which, at present, it is generally cloudy in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Karnali regions and partly cloudy in the remaining areas. There is light to moderate rain in a few places in Gandaki province and one or two places in Koshi province.
