Kathmandu. Foreign Ministry Joint Secretary Pushparaj Bhattarai has been arrested. On Monday, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB) arrested him from Kageshwari Manohara in Kathmandu, the police informed. Bhattarai is accused of committing an offense under the Passport Act.
