Proceedings related to vehicle permits for elections

According to the commission, the procedure has been implemented to make the use of vehicles orderly, dignified and controlled during the period of election campaigning and on the day of voting. Candidates for the election of a member of the House of Representatives or a member of the State Assembly will be allowed to use a maximum of two 2, 3 or 4-wheeled 9 electric or mechanical powered 0 light vehicles. In places where such vehicles do not operate, there is a provision that a maximum of four horses can be used.
