Prime Minister's instructions to the Ministers and Secretaries to prepare and implement blueprints for all ministries

Kathmandu. Prime Minister Sushila Karki has instructed the ministers and secretaries to prepare blueprints and implement them by all the ministries so that the citizens can feel it directly. Prime Minister Karki while taking ministerial progress reports with all the ministers and secretaries at the Singha Durbar on Monday directed all the ministries to prepare and implement a blueprint so that all the citizens can directly feel the significant improvement in corruption control, good governance and effective service delivery in line with the essence and spirit of the Genji movement.

She instructed to strictly follow the circular issued by the Ministry of Finance to maintain frugality in public expenditure and to use public funds effectively and efficiently, and she also instructed to conduct necessary dialogue, facilitation and cooperation to improve the industrial environment by increasing the morale of the private sector. She has suggested that the transfer and promotion system of employees should be organized and predictable, transparent and fair.

Similarly, she has also given instructions to carry out the duties of their responsibilities in an efficient manner for the preparation of the elections. She drew attention to immediately start the work of making the public administration agile and highly productive by merging and transferring unnecessary structures.
