Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel will address the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament on Friday. According to the provisions of Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal, President Paudel will address the joint meeting to be held at 3 pm on Friday. It is the first time that a joint meeting of the Federal Parliament will be held after the election of the House of Representatives.
Article 95.2 of the Constitution stipulates that the President shall address the joint meeting of both Houses of the Federal Parliament after the first session of the House of Representatives after the election and the first session of each year.
