Preparing to blacklist these 15 construction companies
Kathmandu. The Public Procurement Monitoring Office under the Prime Minister's Office has initiated the process of blacklisting 15 construction companies.
The office has issued a notification today and has asked the construction company for a written explanation, according to the letter sent by various agencies to be blacklisted.
According to sub-rule 4 a of rule 141 of public procurement regulation 2064, the office has demanded a written explanation from the construction company that did not complete the assigned work on time. The construction company has been asked to submit a written explanation within seven days from the date of publication of the notice.
