Kathmandu. Due to adverse weather conditions in the high Himalayan region of Rasuwa, pilgrims going to the holy pilgrimage site of Gosaikund on the occasion of Mahashivratri festival have been affected. Due to dense fog from Laurivinayak to Kund area, air traffic was disrupted due to disruption of air traffic.
According to local businessmen, three helicopters that were going to Kund returned from the sky of Chandanbari after the weather suddenly turned bad. It is reported that the flights of Prabhu Air and Altitude Air were canceled and the passengers were safely returned to Kathmandu. According to the details of the helicopter company, more than 50 pilgrims have been affected due to adverse weather conditions.
Simric Air, Fistel Air, Annapurna Air and Mustang Air were among the companies that flew pilgrims. Some of the company's helicopters were stopped only after 11 am after the third flight, while some company's helicopters operated the flight normally in the early hours of the morning.
