Petition to the Supreme Court by the Deuba side for review of the order regarding the special convention
Kathmandu. Nepali Congress special convention dispute has again entered the Supreme Court. Former chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba's side has filed a petition demanding review of the Supreme Court's order declaring the working committee selected from the special convention to be official.
According to Supreme Court Spokesman and Chief Justice Arjun Prasad Koirala, the review petition was registered on Thursday through Deuba's heirs. Earlier, the bench of Justices Sharanga Subedi and Nripadhwaj Niraula had given an order to recognize the working committee of Gagan Kumar Thapa, the chairman elected by the special convention on 4th May last.
