People's Hydropower will sell 5 lakh shares of Upper Hewakhola
Kathmandu. People's Hydropower Company Limited has announced plans to sell five lakh shares of Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited through the stock market. In the notice issued by the company, it is mentioned that the shares will be traded through the regular secondary market system.
According to the company management, due to immediate financial needs, a decision has been taken to reduce the portion of the investment. It is said that the amount received from the sale of owned shares will be used to strengthen the company's cash flow. The company has informed that the market movement, price situation and the overall investment environment will be taken into consideration while proceeding with the process of share trading.
