Kathmandu. At present, the effect of the remnants of Cyclone Arnab, a low pressure area near western Nepal, has weakened. As the western low pressure system in the upper atmosphere has only a partial effect, the weather is likely to gradually improve, said the Meteorological Division.
At present, it will be generally cloudy in the mountainous areas of the country including Lumbini province, while it will be partly cloudy in the rest of the country.
