Kathmandu. Outgoing Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that his mobile phone was seized while he was in the army barracks. Oli, who is the chairman of CPN-UML, made this announcement at a press conference held on Sunday. After resigning, I remained under the protection of the army.
