CPN Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has accused the then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's stance and arrogance as being responsible for the terrible destruction that took place on August 24. He recalled that as soon as the youth announced the protest, they immediately asked to remove the ban on social media.
