Kathmandu. CPN-UML is preparing to go to court demanding the restoration of parliament. UML president KP Sharma Oli announced this decision at the meeting of the disbanded parliamentary party held in Chasal on Tuesday. He said that there is also a plan to hold a street struggle. 

He accused those who raised the issue that the Prime Minister should take responsibility for the human losses during the Genji movement of attacking the party and the leadership. Speaking at the gathering of outgoing parliamentarians, Oli clarified again that he will not take responsibility for the incidents of August 23 and 24. It is heard that the Prime Minister should take responsibility. What is taking responsibility? Oli said, this is a clear attack against the party and leadership. Attack against leadership.

Oli claimed that the situation had become like that at that time, saying that security forces including the army and police had told that they had to shoot after trying to set fire to the parliament building. 76 people died during the Genji movement. 45 of them have been declared martyrs by the interim government.
