Oli-Prachanda's 5-point directive: The party that does not get the Chief Minister will choose the ministry first

Kathmandu. CPN-UML and Nepali Communist Party CPN have issued a 5-point special instruction circular to the lower level, setting a common basis for the formation of the provincial government and distribution of ministries.

UML president KP Sharma Oli and CPN coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachand' have jointly signed and approved the three-point political agreement between the two parties on July 9.
