Official announcement that Dol Prasad Aryal was elected as Speaker

Kathmandu. It has been officially announced that Dolprasad Aryal, MP of the National Independent Party (RAS) has been elected as Speaker of the House of Representatives. Arjun Narasimha KC, the senior citizen of the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, formally announced that Aryal was elected as the Speaker.
He has already been elected unopposed to the post of Speaker on Friday. Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of RSVP, proposed Aryal's candidacy. Lamichhane also thanked the other political parties for the political respect shown by them to get their candidates unanimously. Also, MPs Swarnim Wagle, Sobita Gautam and Sunil Lamsal were supporters.
