Kathmandu. NMB Bank has launched an important digital facility for its customers. The bank has now provided the customer with the facility to track personal and small and medium loan application information in real time. The bank claims that with the launch of this facility, customers who have applied for loans have been relieved of the hassle of having to run to the bank branch or make a phone call to understand the status of their application.

According to the bank, after submitting the necessary documents for the loan to the bank, the customer will receive a 'tracking number'. Using that number, customers can go to the digital banking section of the bank's website and select online loan tracking or go directly to https://digi.nmb.com.np/loan-tracker to get information about where their loan process has reached. The bank is confident that this facility will provide more convenience to the customers and transparency in the loan process.
