NEPSE rose by 28.73 points, turnover 6.47 billion
Kathmandu - On the second trading day of the week, NEPSE index increased by 28.73 points to reach 2639.37 points. 6.47 billion rupees were traded when 12.4 million shares of 335 companies were bought and sold. While the share price of 214 companies increased, 37 companies decreased.
Today, Shivam Cement had the highest turnover of Rs 38 crore 69 lakh. Sagar Distillery, SY Panel, Srinagar Agritech, Bandipur Cable Car and Rs Rs Hydro Power rose by 10 percent. Investors in Standard Chartered Bank debentures lost 2.49 percent.
