Kathmandu. This week, NEPSE index decreased by 37.63 points and reached 2671.07 points. NEPSE, which closed last week at 2708.70 points, decreased by 37.63 points to 2671.07 points this week. The market was open on all five trading days this week. In which NEPSE decreased on four trading days and increased only on one trading day. 

This week, an average of 10 billion 1689 million rupees was traded. 11.65 billion 97 million shares were traded on Sunday, 10.77 billion 39 million on Monday and 8.61 billion 64 million on Tuesday. Similarly, shares worth 8.69 billion 22 million were traded on Wednesday and 11.10 billion 25 million on Thursday.

On the first trading day of the week, NEPSE decreased by 10.25 points to 2697.07. On that day, 206,262,360,204 shares of 330 companies traded in NEPSE were bought and sold. 

On the second trading day of the week, NEPSE decreased by 26.05 points to 2672.39. On that day, when 26766347 shares of 324 companies traded in NEPSE were bought and sold, the transaction was over 10 billion 77339 million rupees.
