Nepal Telecom Billing Corruption Case: Everyone including Managing Director Paudel was acquitted
Kathmandu. The special court has acquitted all the defendants in the corruption case filed alleging irregularities in the billing system contract process of Nepal Telecom. The bench of judges of the special court held a hearing and acquitted all the accused including the then Managing Director of Nepal Telecom Sunil Paudel, the then Chief Commercial Officer Sangita Pahadi.
The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission had filed a case in a special court claiming corruption in the procurement and contract process of Telecom's billing system.
