Nepal Micro Insurance Chairman Ashish Shrestha arrested
Kathmandu. Nepal Micro Insurance Company Chairman Ashish Shrestha has been arrested. On Tuesday, the Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police arrested Chairman Shrestha from Kageshwari Manhara municipality. Bureau spokesperson Shiv Kumar Shrestha informed that he was arrested for insurance-related offences.
It is said that he was arrested on the basis of investigation report related to insurance. The Nepal Insurance Authority sent the investigation report to the Central Bureau of Investigation. Spokesman Shrestha said that the involvement of Nepa Micro Insurance Company Chairman Shrestha was also found in the investigation report, so he was arrested for investigation.
