National Life gave 1 day training to agents in Pokhara

Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company has provided 1 day training to its agents. Kazim Raza, a well-known trainer in the insurance sector, provided training to 185 agents working in all branch offices of Gandaki province and some branch offices of Lumbini and Bagmati provinces, who were selected based on the monthly plan brainstorming 2082 issued by the company.
During the training, he gave training on the art of presenting the market in different ways by adopting different measures to achieve the goals of MDRT, COT and TOT.
In the program, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Smriti Raj Kandeljeo said that this type of training will help the agents to achieve their professional goals by increasing their morale, so the company has issued a monthly plan brainstorming with the slogan of motivation, progress and professional excellence to provide excellent training to the agents and in this plan, the program has been conducted in different places where all the agents who have been selected from more than 700 from all over the country can get the program. was
In the program, agency department head Sushil Pratap Rana told the agents that he hopes that they will prove themselves in the competitive market by putting into practice the knowledge they have learned from today's training. Sushmita Rana, Head of Policy Servicing Department expressed her gratitude.
