Ministry of Health's instructions not to shoot random videos and make noise in hospitals
Kathmandu. The Ministry of Health and Population has instructed not to engage in assault, vandalism, arrest and other illegal activities in hospitals and health institutions. In a statement issued on Wednesday, the ministry said that recently some people entered the hospital premises without permission and took pictures and videos of patients and health workers, creating unnecessary crowds and obstructing the treatment process.
According to the Ministry, such activities have seriously affected the delivery of health services in addition to violation of patient privacy. Making videos without permission in a sensitive area like a hospital, abusing or putting pressure on health workers is a violation of existing laws, it has been clarified.
