Kathmandu. Monsoon is affecting the country. According to the Weather Forecasting Division, it will be generally cloudy across the country today, while there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder in various places in the Himalayas, hills and plains.
According to the division, there may be heavy rain in some places of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. There is a possibility of heavy rainfall especially in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki and the hilly areas of Lumbini. According to the division, there is a possibility of rain with thunder in the Himalayan, hilly and Terai areas of different provinces, which is generally cloudy in the country even tonight.
