License details are now on the department's Facebook page
Kathmandu. The details of driver's license, which are printed and ready for distribution by the Department of Transportation, will now be posted on Facebook. The department issued a notification on Thursday and informed that the details of the permits received by the department for distribution after printing from the security printing center will be published on the department's Facebook page "Hello Transport Management Department".
In the notice issued by the department, it is said that, "Before the system was destroyed, the information that people should come to get the license within 72 hours after filling the online form for printing the driver's license was 'approved'. Now the details of the licenses received by the department for printing and distribution from the Surakshan Printing Center will be published on the department's Facebook page 'Hello Traffic Management Department'. Previously, a message was sent through the information system of such licenses to come and get the license within 72 hours.
But that system was destroyed in the Genji movement. The department has also requested the applicant to appear in the department with the application gross revenue receipt and old driver's license in case the name and details are included in the Facebook page.
