Lack of cooking gas in the market, imports are regular
Bhairahawa Consumers have expressed concern that there is a shortage of LP gas in the market of Bhairahawa area. Although it is said that there is no reduction in gas import, consumers are not able to get gas easily in the market. According to local consumers, a situation has arisen where they have to run from shop to shop all day long for one gas cylinder. They say that even the gas sellers are giving it back to the consumers saying that the balance is over. There is a long line of gas cylinders of gas sellers.
Local Pradeep Gyawali said that despite waiting for a long time, he could not get LP gas for cooking. He says that daily life becomes difficult when gas is not available even for running the kitchen regularly.
