Kulman's question: Who stopped the government from collecting dues from industries?

Kathmandu. Former Energy Minister Kulman Ghising has accused the government of being silent on the premium tariff arrears of the industries that consumed electricity using the facility of dedicated and trunk lines.

Ghising expressed his anger that the almost two-third majority government neglected to collect the premium tariff arrears of the industries that consumed electricity using the facilities of dedicated and trunk lines when the country was in the dark of load shedding.
