Khagendra was assigned fifty thousand bail!
Mediabaaji.com Kathmandu Kartik 13. District Court Kavrepalanchok has ordered to release Khagendra Sunar on bail. Sunar, who was arrested on charges of contempt of court and abusive language to the lawyer, was issued an arrest warrant in the Kavrepalanchok district court on Thursday morning. Judge Nagendra Kumar Kalakheti's bench ordered Sunar to be released on bail of 50,000, according to Indira Karki, district court clerk of the Kavrepalanchok district court.
According to the court, Assistant Advocate Nishtha Karmacharya argued on behalf of Sunar. Senior advocate Yadunath Khanal, advocates Mahendra Tamang, Chakraman Vishwakarma, Valmiki Auji, Narayan Budhaprithi, Ganesh Baraili, Ram Bahadur Mizar argued on behalf of Sunar.
The statement and detention were debated in the courtroom of Judge Nagendra Kumar Kalakheti of Sunar.
