Karnali's first win in NPL 2nd edition

Kathmandu. Karnali Yaks won the first match of the second Nepal Premier League NPL by 9 wickets on the sixth day. In the first match on Saturday, Karnali Yaks scored 161 runs losing 1 wicket at the end of 12.2 overs. Earlier, Lumbini Lions, who came into bat, gave Karnali Yaks a target of 157 runs after losing 8 wickets in the scheduled 20 over match.

Karnali has won the first in the ongoing NPL and Mark Watt has scored the first century in the second Nepal Premier League NPL. He scored 114 runs not out with the help of 6 fours and 12 sixes. After winning the toss, Karnali decided to bowl first and Lumbini Lions were invited to bat.
