Janakpur's first win in NPL

Kathmandu. Janakpur Bolts registered their first victory in the second Nepal Premier League NPL. By defeating Chitwan Rhinos by 6 wickets on Tuesday, Janakpur tasted its first win of the ongoing season. With this win, Janakpur has opened an account in the score table. Now Janakpur has to play against Lumbini Lions and Karnali Yaks in the league stage. These two teams will have to be defeated to get a place in the playoffs, and the results of other teams will also depend on them.

In the first match of NPL, Janakpur Kathmandu was defeated by Gorkhaz by five wickets. In the second match, they lost to Biratnagar Kings by 9 runs, in the third match to Pokhara Avengers by 25 runs, and in the fourth match to Sudurpaschim Royals by 6 wickets. On the other hand, the loss against Janakpur has made Chitwan's playoff journey challenging. Chitwan, which is performing mixed, now has to play against the strong teams Sudurpaschim Royals and Pokhara Avengers. Chitwan will have to win both games to maintain the possibility of playoffs.
