The Election Commission has prepared a preliminary budget in preparation for the election. The budget is yet to be finalised. As soon as it is finalized, the Commission is preparing to send it to the Ministry of Finance.
According to the Commission, a list of necessary materials for the election is also being prepared during the preparation of the budget. Preparations have been made to set aside some funds for the purchase of materials as well as for emergency expenses. For election management, the commission has planned to establish a polling station for 1000 voters. Which is the practice applied in the previous elections as well.
According to the Commission, it is estimated that most of the expenditure will be on the management of the manpower employed in the election. According to the commission, a large amount of money should be allocated for each polling station as at least 14 employees are required.
