Iran-US peace talks inconclusive
Kathmandu. The 21-hour long high-level peace talks between the US and Iran in Pakistan have been inconclusive. The international media quoted the statement of the American Vice President JD Vance that the American team is now preparing to leave Pakistan after the agreement was not reached in the talks mediated by Pakistan.
According to Vice President Vance, although the US participated in the negotiations in good faith, there was no clear commitment from Iran not to develop nuclear weapons. He mentioned that Iran should give a firm commitment not to develop nuclear weapons and not to seek the necessary means.
