Increasing attraction of tourists in Pathibhara, offerings are increasing

In the Pathibhara temple located in Kutidanda, Rong Rural Municipality-3 of Ilam, Rs.4 crore 23 lakh 68 thousand 854 offerings, 13 tolas 45 annas of gold and 609 tolas 57 annas of silver have been collected in three years. Krishna Kumari Bhujel, Treasurer of Pathibhara Development Committee, informed that from February 1, 2079 to February 30, 2082, the amount of donations and metal was collected.
Dilip Kumar Rai, Chairman of the Development Committee said that in the presence of representatives of District Administration Office Ilam, Office of Treasury and Accounts Control Ilam, Weights and Measures Department VAP and representatives of the media, an accounting of the collected materials and cash was done here today. Village Chairman Manikumar Syangbo 9 Subas informed that whether to spend the collected gold and other precious metals immediately or to keep them safe will be decided in the next executive meeting.
