The Supreme Court on Thursday issued a verdict against the appointment of Nepal Airlines Corporation Chairman Maheshwar Bhakta Shrestha. The bench of Justices Sunil Kumar Pokharel and Balkrishna Dhakal has given the verdict that the writ will be issued. With this decision of the Supreme Court, he has been relieved of his post, and now the executive chairman has to be appointed through a new process.
