In 24 hours, the traffic police took action against 514 people

Kathmandu. In the last 24 hours, traffic police have taken action against the drivers of 514 vehicles. Till Saturday morning, during the investigation conducted by the traffic police in various places of Kathmandu Valley, 136 drivers have been punished for driving under the influence of alcohol, 50 drivers have been punished through CCTV, and 22 drivers have been punished for running red lights.

Similarly, 91 drivers were punished for speeding, 8 for not honking, 3 for lane crossing, 15 for improper driving, 5 for driving in one direction and 184 for driving in the other direction, according to the traffic police.
