House of Representatives Elections: Schedule for Submission of Closed List of Proportional Elections Today and Tomorrow
Kathmandu. According to the Election Commission, all preparations have been completed for the schedule of submission of the closed list by the political parties towards the proportional election system under the House of Representatives Election 2082. Spokesperson Narayan Prasad Bhattarai informed that according to the schedule published by the commission, the party should submit the closed list for the proportional election system to the commission today and tomorrow. He said that the party will investigate the closed list on the proportional side submitted by the party between January 13th and 14th from January 15th to 20th.
After the commission investigates the closed list till January 20th, there is a schedule to reconcile the parties from January 21st to 27th. According to the commission, it will be seen whether the closed list agreed by the party from January 28th to January 3rd is correct or not. The closed list will be published on January 4. Spokesperson Bhattarai also informed that the final list will be published on January 20th.
A hundred political parties have registered their parties to participate in the elections towards the proportional system through 93 symbols. Only the political parties that have registered their parties to participate in the proportional election system will be allowed to submit the list of candidates for the closed list today and tomorrow.
