Hotel Park Land has applied to the Securities and Exchange Board for an IPO issue

Kathmandu. Hotel Park Land Limited has applied to the Securities Board for permission to issue IPO. The company has sought permission from the board to issue a total of 1.5 million shares at a marked rate of Rs 100 per share.

Citizens Capital Limited is the IPO issuing and selling manager of the company.
