According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of moderate to moderate rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning in a few places in the mountainous areas of the country. Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and a few places in the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim Province and a few places in the hilly areas of Koshi and Bagmati Provinces are likely to experience moderate to moderate rain with thunder and lightning. 

According to the Weather Forecasting Division, there is a possibility of moderate to moderate rain with thunder and lightning at a few places in the terai area of ​​Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces and a couple of places in the terai area of ​​Madhesh province as well as Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
