Hearing on the writ filed against Ravi today
Kathmandu. The Supreme Court is still hearing the petition filed against the decision to return the money laundering and organized crime case against Ravi Lamichhane. The hearing which started on Sunday in the joint bench of Judge Saranga Subedi and Sunil Kumar Pokharel was kept on ``wait and see'' as it was not completed.
Earlier, the bench of Justice Sapna Pradhan Malla and Srikant Poudel had ordered to submit for regular hearing. Attorney General Savita Bhandari Baral decided to withdraw the case, against which the lawyers have filed a writ.
